She built a thriving real estate business from the ground up, grew a high-performing team, and went on to serve as General Manager for the largest real estate network in the Twin Cities, leading over 800 agents and coaching some of the top 1% of producers in the market.

After nearly a decade in leadership, Jennifer returned to her first love: working directly with clients. She founded Perfect Match Properties to deliver an elevated, white-glove experience for buyers and sellers who want not just a transaction, but a trusted guide and a thoughtful strategy.
