My wife and I are first time home buyers, needless to say we had no idea what we were doing or what was going to be required of us going into this process, the only thing we did know was that we were ready to buy a house. We started talking with Lauren Orton, who we had known for a little bit before this process, and let me tell you, she blew us away! She was always ready to help us out and get us pointed in the right direction. Lauren even helped us get under contract while she was on vacation! Once the ball was rolling the rest of the group jumped in and got everything done. We were still under heavy quarantine measures during all of this process and Annette Hart and Lauren made sure we always knew when paperwork needed signing or something needed sending. We were able do everything through e-mail right up to our closing. Lauren and Annette used their business connections to get us hooked up with inspectors, contractors, financiers, and anything else right when we needed them. For first time home buyers this was a very daunting process that Annette and Lauren had an easy button for! The whole team was great to work with and I can’t speak highly enough of Lauren. She was awesome to work with and on the spot with any help we needed or the answers to all our questions!

This team deserves more than 5 stars. From the get go, Jen, Margaret and Annette (the dynamic trio) made selling our house so stress-free especially during this unprecedented time in our history. Incredible Team!!! 1.5 days, that is all it took. Jennifer and her team came in with a plan and next thing you know our Townhome was under contract. With the high inventory of Townhomes and being December we were sure that it would take a while to be under contract , however, we followed their direction and it only took a day and half!!! They were there through every twist and turn all the way through closing. What an amazing group to work with!!!

So pleased with the Jen and her team they are incredibly professional and absolute pleasure to work with. Earlier this year myself and my family decided to move back to Europe and after careful consideration selected Jen as our realtor. Timing was crucial to us as we needed to remain in our home until we left and then sell quickly so that we were not incurring carrying costs on multiple homes. Jennifer Bozarth and the Bozarth Real Estate Group were recommended to us by a colleague. We were relocating from San Francisco to Denver and needed to find our first house in the next few months. Finding a house while relocating demands some logistics. Jennifer was on top of things. She provided suggestions and was always available to show us via Facetime the houses we were interested in. She was quick helping us with our offer as necessary with a rapidly moving market. Jennifer and her team walked us through the process smoothly, answering timely our concerns. Buying a house (for the first time) is a complicated process, and Jennifer and her team helped us through it. Don't listen to these other yahoos leaving fake reviews. I am a real customer. My home I purchased is located at 5462 S Eaton Park Way, Aurora. If you look at the assessors page, and property search the address, you will clearly verify I am the owner. Any ways, now that has been addressed; The Bozarth Group is the best realtor company in CO. They made the process so easy, I literally did nothing but review my documents needed. I would have been lost if I needed to do all of the proper legwork. We beat out 4 other offers on the house all because of the Bozarth team. They will go the extra mile, guaranteed; you won't be sorry you chose them.

If I could give more stars, I would! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jennifer Bozarth, and I usually don't have good things to say about realtors. Admittedly, we aren't the easiest customers, and our situation was challenging logistically, as well. Not for Jennifer! She took the challenge in stride and got us in everywhere quickly. When we finally found "The One," the seller's agent was difficult and made several mistakes. Jennifer was on top of everything at all times. She was incredibly knowledgable and always very responsive to all communications sent. She is ethical. It is very clear that Jennifer Bozarth is committed to getting people into the right home for them at the right price.

05/07/2015 - scott2244 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Parker, CO. We used Jenn when we bought our home and she was awesome. We decided to sell our home so we called on here again. We talked and went over cost and everything. We went out of our way and did everything she asked us to do. Found out that she was not involved in sitting at the open houses and every time we asked her how things went her response was Great we had a ton of traffic. We always felt we were in the dark on everything. After we finally got a contract we received our closing documents with the fees and commissions. They were totally different than what we discussed and when I asked her about it she responded with read the contract you signed. We talked again and all she could say was I'm trying to figure out how you came up with that in your brain. I came up with it in my brain because she sat right at our kitchen table and told us. Lesson learned read your contract. This was the worst experience we have ever had and we do not recommend you use her.

07/01/2013 - yellowdogs2 Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Centennial, CO I have worked with Jen many times and have found her to be one of the best agents I have ever seen. She is a great negotiator, she is very honest and very fair. She will tell you exactly what you should list your home for and get's it sold quickly. She has an unwavering moral code that she lives by and does her deals by. She's one of the few really honest agents I've even dealt with. She is very personable and always available. She returns phone calls quickly and is very responsive to your needs. She also threw in a bonus of a home stager as part of her service. I couldn't recommend her more!
