My enthusiasm for finding my clients the perfect property is second only to my determination to be a confident advocate for those same clients in all aspects of their real estate buying experience. Purchasing a home or property is such a big transaction in someone's life, I want buyers to be able to trust me in helping them in a professional, yet still personal way.
My goal, always, is that the quality of a successful real estate transaction is such that when I run into a former client in the grocery store, they run up and say, "Oh, this is the best decision we could have made!"
Serving clients as a buyer's agent is a second career in my lifetime and definitely one that brings me joy. I love going to work - and really do wake up every morning thinking about real estate. I am truly excited when I locate just the right property for my customers and I am willing to do my best work to locate, negotiate, mediate and then celebrate finding that perfect fit.
My varied career background and my unique style of service have led me to this field where I am able to channel all of my energy into treating my buyers the way that we all want (and deserve) to be treated as we strive to make our real estate dreams come true. Offering the individual, human touch is of the utmost importance to me, even if it means making things happen in a non-traditional way. I want to help every real estate consumer be realistic while remaining optimistic that together we WILL make this happen for them.
I feel my approach helps me to understand and work with buyers from all walks of life. From the start, I begin by having a long, honest talk with my clients - listening to not only WHAT they want in a house, but HOW they are going to live in that home once they find it. From there, we can stay focused and work hard together as partners in the process.
My Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management (2008) and Mediation Training (2015) along with my CASA Internship and volunteer service with the Guardian ad Litem program and among Tennessee's homeless population have all taught me how to best fill a buyer's needs.
As a licensed Realtor and buyer's agent, I am my own boss. But, ultimately, it is my customers who drive me to do my best always.
