Jennifer Burns is a seasoned, full-time real estate consultant serving Sonora, Twain Harte, Sugar Pine, Mi Wuk, Pinecrest, Pine Mountain Lake, and surrounding areas.

After being born and raised in the East Bay and selling real estate there for 17 years… Jenny packed up everything and headed for the hills.

Jenny relocated to Twain Harte in 2009, after growing up visiting Pinecrest Lake as a little girl. She loves living in the mountains and her kids adjusted very well and love it too. She has become familiar with all the ins and outs of country living from living in and driving in the snow, to local shopping, restaurants, and activities, to medical and dental needs and school and recreation for her teenagers (now young adults).

It did not take long to her adjust to the slower pace of life, but Jenny still has the Bay Area edge when it comes to marketing and negotiating real estate sales. She feels that she has a lot to offer in the way of selling homes, utilizing her Bay Area contacts plus her advanced marketing and advertising skills and her love for staging and showcasing listings. Each home Jennifer sells does not go on the market until she completes her finishing touches, and it makes a big difference in the overall appearance online and in person. Not only will she help you find a great home… with good sun exposure and parking access (key when buying above snow level) but she will also introduce you to great service providers in the area and share all of her favorite spots that she has discovered these past 10 years. Jenny may not know every nook and cranny compared to someone born and raised in Tuolumne County, but she does know how to get established after living in the Bay Area all her life.
