As a nervous and completely clueless first time homebuyer, a single-mom, new to the area, plus having to shop while living 7 hours away Jennifer made this process so easy!! She showed me houses on FaceTime to make it easier on me since I couldn’t always get into town quickly. She walked me through the home buying process, helped me know what things to look for in a house that I never would have thought of, and so much more. She was such a pleasure to work with. When we began our quest for a new home in Benton, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. That meant we were going to need to see many properties to narrow down.

Jennifer never gave up and sent us listings while digging up leads of properties not on the market but coming. Ultimately, we found the perfect home.

More impressive, while we were running her all over Saline County she listed our house and sold it within just a few weeks.
