Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Jennifer Cashman. Not only did Jenny help my Mother find a beautiful townhouse in a safe retirement community, she also found a solid buyer for her home. Buying and selling your house is stressful on its own. When you layer on the emotional stress of managing this process after losing your spouse, it can be overwhelming. Jenny's patience and communication skills made this process so much easier on my Mom. What sets her apart is that she is trustworthy, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Jenny.

Jennifer is an amazing person with a very charming and friendly personality. She helped us look at almost 80 houses with same energy and enthusiasm throughout the process and kept assuring us until we found the one, we liked. We never had to wait for a response from her. She always goes above and beyond. Her knowledge of aesthetics and interior design helped me to visualize the spaces as we were looking at the houses with different layouts. We were fortunate to have her represent us and will definitely recommend to all prospective home buyers and sellers.

Jennifer helped me with the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new townhome. She was always available for questions and to calm down the anxious side of me. Buying and selling at the same time is a very stressful process and she made it seem seamless. My condo in Chicago had a litigation and lenders had a hard time approving this with underwriting. Not with Jennifer! She was on top of it and made sure they had all the documents and information needed for the loan to close. Typical times from list to close in the building were 6 months and she got it done in two!!! I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. You won’t regret it!!!
