From the moment we met Jennifer we knew she was the realtor for us. As first time home buyers we were completely clueless. Jennifer met us to provide an overview of the process and even show us some sample documents we would use later on. For about six months Jennifer took us to see multiple homes on almost every Saturday and Sunday. Not to mention the various times she squeezed us in to see something after we got out of work during the week. Jennifer was always quick to respond and made us feel like we were her only client. We were never left waiting around for answers. Jennifer was extremely patient with us and never tried to force us into anything. She constantly reassured us that we would find our dream home, and we did! We will never be able to thank her enough for all of the time she spent helping us in our search. Jennifer was recommended to us by a mutual friend when we began to look for a new home in the Plymouth area. From our first meeting, she was well prepared, willing and able to offer sound advice if requested, and extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchasing process. This is our fifth (and hopefully last) home purchase and she is the best RE agent we have ever worked with. As first-time homebuyers, Jennifer was the key to helping us find, purchase, and even begin settling into our new home. She taught us so much about home buying and owning, helping us understand key components of home mechanical and other systems. She was patient, guiding us through scores of open houses, which helped us figure out what our priorities were. She was helpful in answering countless questions and provided helpful recommendations to help assemble our home buying team. At each turn, she went above and beyond. We consistently felt that she had our best interest at heart. Once we found our home, she was an expert maestro orchestrating the movements of various interdependent pieces, keeping us on track, no easy task for two college educators that purchased during the hustle and bustle of the end of spring semester. She helped us make sense of a competitive market and the give and take of purchase negotiation. Bottom-line, she made us feel like her most important clients. I could not have asked for a more devoted, professional, and caring real estate agent when buying my new home.
