Jennifer Cernik

Jennifer Cernik is a second-generation Realtor who combines her love for the industry with her commitment to providing exceptional service. While completing her bachelor’s degree at Villa Julie College, Jennifer opened an independent real estate firm with her father where they worked side by side for 16 years.

Today, Jennifer is a part of Monument Sotheby's International Realty as both Managing Broker and Realtor, bringing her strong business background and solution-focused mindset to every situation. Jennifer is a specialist in negotiations, with a reputation for being a committed and fair advocate in all situations. Her work is built on exemplary customer service and focuses on long-term connections – not only with clients, but also with every agent she supports. Jennifer continues to develop her industry knowledge by continuing her education to acquire new licensure in PA, DE, DC, and VA in addition to MD, as well as serving on several local and regional committees.

Growing up in Howard County, living in Baltimore City for a decade and finally settling in Baltimore County with her family, Jennifer has a great understanding of the Central Maryland region, and is ready to bring her strategic, and personal, approach to your home buying and selling experience!
