Jennifer Chow is absolutely FANTASTIC! Five stars simply aren’t enough to convey how knowledgeable, responsive, patient, dedicated, and talented she is. We had a great experience buying a home in North Potomac with Jennifer as newcomers to Maryland during a pandemic and a crazy housing market. It helped immensely that Jennifer grew up in Potomac and knows the community—neighborhoods, schools, retail, etc—super well. She also seems to know everyone and is always able to get the inside scoop on a property! She has great taste in houses and lots of ideas for possible renovations and enhancements. Importantly, she’s also just a really fun person to visit houses with. When it came to making offers, negotiating, and closing, we felt like we were in very good hands. We are so thankful for Jennifer and HIGHLY recommend her.

Jennifer Chow provides excellent client service and is extremely knowledgeable and responsive but most notably, she is a wonderful person. She was the rental listing agent for our townhouse in Bethesda jointly owned by me and my sister. She kept our best interest in her practice and her performance was beyond her call of duty. We are out of words to express our appreciation to Jennifer and highly recommend her.

My wife and I have worked with a variety of agents but we have never met one as motivated, professional and caring as Jennifer. Here are a few reasons why:

1) Jennifer is a true client advocate. While it would benefit her get commissions up by driving a sale, she never pushed us to make a purchase we were not comfortable making. In fact, she encouraged us to walk away from various bids that she felt were not a good investment. As our agent, Jennifer negotiated lower prices on our behalf by wisely pointing out comparable home prices in our favor.

2) Jennifer is a true expert. She is well connected with the surrounding industries and is able to get things done quickly. Her contacts range from banks that can help you get your loans quickly to structural engineers that will analyze a crack found in the basement. She will call them on your behalf and they will deliver because of her connection to them

3) Jennifer is tireless. No matter how small the task, Jennifer will push all parties and constantly to deliver what is necessary. In one instance, we could not find a particular key that the previous owners did not transition to us. Months after the ink was dry, Jennifer reached out to the selling agent and subsequently the old owners to find out where the key was. She turned this around in less than a day.

Regardless if the sale is for a small rental property to multi million dollar home, Jennifer dedicates 110% of herself in making sure that you are getting the right place for the right price. I would highly recommend her as an agent for anyone!
