"Jennifer was always on top of her game!! My house was listed and 3 days later at the first day of showing it sold!! Settlement was 6 weeks later. Everything went smoothly. Jennifer was an amazing realtor not once but twice! She really took care of us when we bought our condo but she went above and beyond when we sadly had to sell it. Jennifer was attentive, easy to get a hold of, answered all of our questions and she even did some touch up painting after a new toilet was installed. If we ever buy another condo she will be our realtor! Hands Down!!

My husand and I greatly enjoyed working with our realtor, Jennifer Ciorrocco. Our dream was to buy a beach condo. We began to look for a condo in February of 2021. For over 6 months, during a very hot market where people were bidding so much higher than the asking price and properties were going under contract in a day or two, she patiently showed us property after property. She consoled us when we were outbid and stayed positive when we were not finding exactly what we liked. Just when we felt like giving up, in August of 2021, she showed us the property we ended up buying. We love it and are very grateful to Jennifer for hanging in there with us and being so patient and kind in the process. In addition, she is also very knowledeable of the area and helped obtain the paperwork that we needed from the condo association in order to close. We highly recommend her as a realtor. Jennifer was phenomenal! Her knowledge and attention to detail was so impressive we not only had her as our agent for the sale of our home we also had her as our agent for the purchase of our new home! Jennifer was always very prompt and attentive to all of our needs. She was able to sell our home within 2 days (over asking price) due to her ability to be proactive and reach the target audience for our home prior to it hitting the market. Jennifer then was able to utilize her amazing negotiating skills with our offer on the purchase of our new home (under asking price) Jennifer truly is a woman of many talents! Not only is she amazing realtor, she also has an amazing eye for interior design! She can really make any vision come to light. She really is what I like to call a real estate fairy godmother for making all of my wishes come true! (In stilettos) I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her for any of our future real estate needs!
