Jennifer began to develop her love for real estate in 2009 after purchasing her first home in Dale City, Virginia. By the end of 2020, she owned three homes, two of them being income properties. Her first year in real estate she closed 20 transactions, representing Buyers and Sellers and seven transactions for rentals. Jennifer loves everything about the real estate industry and it's not all about selling or buying for her. She has overseen renovations for her clients to maximize the home's potential before listing it on the market. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and owns a successful staging business. She is also a Military Relocation Professional. She is especially close to her grandfather, Retired Navy, and now married to her husband Joe, Army Veteran, she has a soft spot for those who serve our country.
