Jennifer Cox is the founder of Truepoint Realty, North Dallas’s premiere real estate brokerage firm. For the past ten years, she has worked tirelessly to create value for her buyers, sellers, and investors. Through her direct and strategic approach, she quickly gains the full trust of those she works with and fellow agents, and doesn’t rest until her clients are satisfied.

A resident of Collin County for most of her life, she combines expert industry knowledge with a deep local perspective to deliver best-in-class knowledge and insights to the real estate market in North Dallas. This market expertise makes her a trusted advisor to each client she works with.


Prior to founding Truepoint Realty, Jennifer successfully led a team of agents at three highly respected real estate brokerage firms. A results-driven professional, she has orchestrated hundreds of transactions totaling nearly $40M in sales and is consistently recognized and awarded as a top performer by her firms and fellow agents. Her strong work ethic and passion for finding the right home for every buyer has helped Jennifer build a business of loyal repeat clients and referrals across the North Texas area.

Jennifer’s 15 years of experience as a leader and officer at national and regional banks, includes a strong focus on residential mortgages, sales, underwriting, and commercial real estate. This distinctive professional experience provides her clients with the benefit of knowledge from both sides of the real estate table, resulting in unparalleled expertise and guidance through the often-complex financial considerations buyers and sellers face.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance and mom to two wonderful boys. When not helping her clients to make their home-buying and selling dreams a reality, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, traveling to new places, and volunteering with community organizations throughout the North Dallas area
