Jennifer is everything you would want in a realtor! She is knowledgeable, patient, always available, and has lots of experience dealing with all types of properties and any possible issues or questions that may arise during a sell or purchase of any home or land. Jennifer helped us purchase land for the first time which was an exhausting and nerve-wracking transaction, but Jennifer was always available, she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and made us feel very secure in our transaction. She went above and beyond every time dealing with the seller, the sellers realtor and dealing with myself and my husband 24hrs a day day or night! After our purchase of the land was completed Jennifer helped us look into renting out our primary home. Jennifer walked us through that process and provided us with a great contact, then covid hit and we all decided that it would be best to sell our primary home instead of renting it. Jennifer once again went above and beyond with the selling of our home. Jennifer sold our home in one day! Once again she walked us through everything, dealt with the buyers, dealt with the buyer's realtor, and dealt with us who where very emotionally attached to the home. It was a seamless transaction all we had to do was show up to sign the papers. Jennifer was always available, always looking out for us, and always had our backs! Not only did Jennifer help us buy land for the first time and sell our primary home she also picked up her phone and answered questions for us while we were in the process of building a home on the land she helped us purchase which is something she didn't have to do, and she did it for free. Her knowledge, her experience and her dedication to her clients is priceless. Jennifer will be our life long realtor and friend! Jennifer is truly a fantastic agent! She always makes you feel like you are her only client and she actually follows through on doing everything she promises. She will show up to inspections and make sure the transaction goes smooth for you. She helped us sell two properties, both unique and not easy to sell, but after almost two years of sticking by our side both of them sold at prices we were totally comfortable with. She helped in every aspect along the way and I can’t praise her enough for the amount of communication she had with us. If you are lucky enough to consider her to help you buy or sell a house, do not hesitate! We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for her and you will too after working with her.
