Jennifer is an absolutely wonderful realtor.
- She is so knowledgeable about houses, the market, and the ups and downs of the home buying process-- and she's generous with that knowledge. We were first time buyers and by the time we found the right house, I felt like an expert walking through and assessing it because she had taught me exactly what to look for. - We started the process not really certain what we wanted, and she was endlessly patient and insightful as we figured out what appealed to us and what did not. In the end, we found something even better than we'd hoped for-- because she encouraged us to be picky, and to wait for just the right house. She did not rush us at all.
- Looking at houses with Jennifer was fun! She has a great sense of humor, which is really helpful in frustrating or stressful situations. I also really appreciated that she has a calm, no-nonsense, maternal quality to her. I felt like my cool aunt was helping me find the right house (and occasionally talking me off the ledge when I felt discouraged or overwhelmed.)
- Jennifer was always responsive-- on weekends, on holidays. She plans ahead and gets things done quickly. If things go sideways, she's got Plan B and Plan C ready to go.

In short-- we would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for their dream house in Bucks County. The only downside to closing on my new house today is that I won't get to see her so much anymore. She's the best!

We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer ! We were moving from VA to PA so had to rely on her a lot. She got it ! She understood what we wanted and always gave her honest opinion . Jennifer was very open and clear with us about the realities of this very difficult market. Her personality made it an absolute pleasure to work with her, but the most valuable part to me was her experience and trained eye to pick out the possible challenges a particular property may face. Whether pointing out a wet basement, bad roof, or poorly constructed "upgrades", we felt completely safe that she had our best interests at heart and wasn't just looking to "make a sale". Highly recommend this wonderful agent/friend.

Not only did Jennifer understand our housing needs, but she was caring enough to understand our personal situation, and always took that into account for our personal needs. I gave 5 stars but i would give many more if i could. I'm not sure I can express just how wonderful Jennifer is. Jennifer was the listing agent on a rental home my husband and I were looking at on our own as we sold our home and decided to rent instead of buying right away. Needless to say our realtor who we chose to sell our house(before we met Jennifer) was very unhelpful to us in our need to find a rental. The day we met Jennifer at that rental and told her how much difficulty we were having as we have a very large dog and needing a fenced yard was proving impossible to find was a blessing. She right away gave us advice, took our information and starting sending us rentals! Every day, i mean everyday since that day for the past month we have heard from Jennifer. She has gone above and beyond for 2 people who she did not know OR most impressively did not sell a house for or will gain anything from finding us a rental. In the end, she found us a rental, negotiated terms and executed final paperwork and is actually giving us advice on our sale and what we need to be prepared for at that closing. Let me remind you she is not our realtor for our house we sold but we will be going to closing soon and she wants to make sure we know the process! We are so grateful, we will forever recommend Jennifer to anyone we meet looking for a realtor. If you want someone on your side that is Jennifer!

Searching on my own and aware of the imbalance between supply and demand for housing in Doylestown the chances of me getting an affordable condo was a long shot. Discouraged but not defeated divine providence hooked me up with Jennifer DeLawter at Keller Williams. That’s when things started to happen. Even though I was selective in that I wanted a condo where I could walk to all Doylestown had to offer, Jennifer with composed confidence and Road Runner speed reassured me, “Be patient, we’ll find the right condo for you.” And she did! A few days later, a listing posted at 9 AM, Jennifer arranged an 11 AM showing. By 5 PM that evening, we had a signed contract. Unbelievable!
Along with her professional demeanor, Jennifer really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in and serves.
