Jennifer Eckel

Jennifer Eckel is a longtime Maryland resident who has a strong knowledge of the local real estate and the dynamics of the metro area. Her goal is to simplify the buying and selling process and to personally guide her clients through each step. Jennifer provides the highest level of service through a direct approach with timely and responsive communication. She is quick to assess the clients’ desires and aligns her interests with that of the buyer or seller to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. As a wife of an active-duty military member, Jennifer is committed to helping military families through this process with ease and simplicity, as she fully understands the pressures involved with military relocation.

Before her career as a real estate sales agent, Jennifer worked ten years commercial real estate, spending the last six years managing the property financial department a successful REIT. During this experience, she established herself as a hardworking and organized individual with an elevated level of integrity and the ability to balance several tasks at once. These qualities help Jennifer to not only meet but exceed her clients’ expectations. In her first year as a residential specialist, Jennifer generated $10 million in volume, quickly earning respect among and clients alike.

Besides being a real estate agent, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and planning her next vacation. She is a member of GCAAR, and a PTA executive board member at her daughters’ elementary school. She also volunteers regularly at her church in the children’s ministry department. Jennifer graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance and a BA in Spanish. She is a lifetime member of the OSU Alumni Association and loves rooting the Buckeyes during college football season! Go Bucks!
