Since 2005, JENNIFER has worked as a full-time real estate agent serving the entire IL-St. Louis Metro East Area, while later adding Missouri. Jennifer and her partner Hannah formed the Jen Faulkner Homes Team in early 2015. This is a mother daughter partnership with experience in all aspects of real estate from first time home buyers, to luxury estate homes, to farm developments, as well as, relocation clients. She started her work career as a Registered Nurse after earning her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She completed 16 years working at St. Louis University Medical Center. Hannah is a Glen Carbon resident and homeowner who attended both public and private schools in Edwardsville School District. Hannah earned her BS in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University where she was a D1 All-American Athlete. They are both members of NAR, IAR, and GGAR. They also specialize in corporate and military relocation and are certified to work with many relocation companies. You can ask for them before they assign you even if your company isn't listed. We were looking for a new home here in St. Louis a few months ago and were totally unprepared for the current market conditions. Luckily for us, we had friends who urged us to interview Jen and Kristen. We did and liked their approach. They were patient with us, showed us a dozen homes - early in the morning, late in the day. Then - when we found "the one", they counseled us on what would be a winning offer. We beat out several offers (who were close) and won the home we really wanted here. Thank you, Jen and Kristen. You set the bar pretty darn high!

I was introduced to Jen Faulkner Homes by my Attorney who was helping me settle my Father's estate. These women are simply magical - My father passed away and when I was finally able to get access to the residence, the team met me there that very day to look around and speak with me. While we were checking things, we realized that the furnace wasn't working, and they offered me a name of a company to help me out. I called him that day and he was able to meet me there and fixed it right then and there. From there - after the house was emptied and cleaned, they came in and took pictures and made this house look amazing. On some of the pics, I couldn't believe it was the house that I was just inside of. We received a handful of offers, and with their knowledge and assistance, we made 5k more than we listed it for. Looking at the big picture, I was more concerned about selling it, and couldn't believe we got what we did - more than we asked for. After that, they were in touch along the way and was able to docusign - which makes everything so much easier!! When I met Hannah to sign the final papers, she was just a delightful as the day that I met her, and gave me such a nice gift for selling the house. I almost feel like I should've brought her a gift as THEY did all of the heavy lifting :) I know that each situation is different, but they hit the ground running and we had a contract on the house by the 2nd day it was listed. I truly can't say enough nice things about the experience I had with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling!!
