Since 2005, Jennifer has built her career as a full-time real estate professional, proudly serving the Illinois–St. Louis Metro East area and later expanding her expertise into Missouri and Florida. In 2015, she partnered with her daughter Hannah to create what is now known as the Faulkner | Fink Real Estate Group. Together, this mother–daughter team brings a unique blend of experience, energy, and dedication to every client they serve.
With a combined 30+ years in the industry, Jennifer and Hannah have guided clients through every stage of real estate—from first-time homebuyers to luxury estates, farm developments, investment properties, and corporate relocations. Before real estate, Jennifer built a successful career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spending 16 years at St. Louis University Medical Center. Hannah, a Glen Carbon resident and homeowner, attended Edwardsville schools and earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University, where she was a Division I All-American athlete.
