About Jennifer

Jennifer’s life, both personal and professional, has pointed to the inevitability of a career in real estate in the North Country for many years. She graduated from South Jefferson School District. Her husband has been a NYS Trooper for over 20 years, and she owned and operated her own business in the community for 18 years. Together, they have committed their professional lives toward making their town a better place to live.

Jennifer grew up in a military family so she has a depth of understanding of military life (PCS moves, travel pay delays, living in motels) that most agents cannot imagine. Having lived the military life, she also has a deeper appreciation of how fantastic home ownership can be to introduce and welcome a new family to the area. That is one of three primary reasons why a prospective buyer or seller should choose Jennifer. The second is that she has developed a unique expertise in matching a customer’s wants and needs with the available inventory of homes for sale.

Since Jennifer personally loves to shop for homes, she has converted that passion into a comprehensive and specific awareness of both available and new inventory of homes for sale. The third reason is that she remains vigilant daily in her system of customer-specific home searches for her buyers. There are typically over 2000 houses for sale at any time on their market and her job is to find her client's dream home. Jennifer is passionate about customer service and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base.

The overall client experience has always been Jennifer's end goal. She is very active in the real estate community on a local level as well as a state level. Jennifer is the 2023 Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors President. She sits on several NYSAR Committees and is the Chair of the NYSAR Grievance Committee.

Jennifer stays current on legal issues and attends Lobby Day at the Capital to fight for home owners rights, along with Realtor rights. She has been a Top Producer since the beginning of her career and was 2020 Realtor of the Year for Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors. She is the Broker/Owner of Bridgeview Real Estate and currently has over 50 agents that are part of the Realtor Family. all in all, Jennifer will continue to be highly involved in the Realtor community so she can make a client's buying and selling experience amazing.
