As a native "Mainah" I've always had a love for real estate and working with clients. My career started at a local real estate agency, working in their vacation rental program. There I spent over 8 years working in waterfront vacation rentals, working with owners and renters, from basic camps to luxury homes before I became licensed in 2018. Since then, I have also become experienced working with first time buyers with various loan programs (VA, FHA, RD, Conventional, etc.), sellers (both new and experienced), and investors looking for long term and short term investment properties.
