Jennifer Goffin is friendly and knowledgeable. She knows her territory very well, and is extremely bright. We were impressed (and appreciative!) to see that she was quite comfortable maneuvering even during an incredibly competitive, fast turnover, housing market. When Jennifer explained that Redfin buyers are not charged a commission, I had to have it repeated. It's still hard to imagine that we received the benefit and guidance of this wonderful professional -- free!
Jennifer knew creative ways to make our offer more attractive, even if it wasn't the highest offer! Her business savvy helped us to get the home we wanted, even though there were 8 other bidders!
Honest, thoughtful, and never pushy, Jennifer listens carefully and gets the job done! This was my 5th home purchase, taking place during the most difficult market conditions I've ever seen. Jennifer cheerfully showed us the homes we wanted to see. She continually maintained an easy confidence that we would find exactly the right home. Whenever I got discouraged, her positive, calming nature was exactly what I needed to put my worries at ease.
At each property, Jennifer would point out potential pluses and minuses. They were the kind of keen observations that I would not have ever thought to check. I truly can't imagine a better realtor than Jennifer Goffin!
This positive experience was especially wonderful because we had more money available to use on our down payment using Redfin!
They really do allow buyers to enlist her considerable talent and insight -- free. I only wish I had contacted her sooner!
