Jennifer Grandjean

Jennifer Grandjean graduated with a degree in Psychology and then entered the world of real estate. Her foundation was established on the ground floor as an Administrative Assistant for a successful team, constructing confidence and knowledge that she would use to break out of the 9 to 5 routine. She quickly excelled and was promoted to a Listing Specialist where she learned the art of selling and negotiations. This knowledge and experience led to her Operations Manager position of a boutique brokerage. It was here that her eyes were opened to an entrepreneurial mindset and a redirection came with the realization that she wanted more. Motivated to learn and rebuild her foundation with a business and entrepreneurial focus, she tapped into her competitive passion cultivated when dancing professionally with the NBA. The strengths of teamwork, leadership and dedication were catalysts to becoming an independent agent, taking that leap in 2018 and then in 2020, creating her very own team, Grand Group Realty. She also currently provides courses and other valuable resources for real estate agents and enjoys building her national real estate team within eXp Realty.
