Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped me sell my parents home with ease, support and great success! She had spot-on instincts and suggestions for how to maximize the sale, and wonderful contractors to recommend that were efficient and reliable. Not only did the house sell in one day after listing, but it sold above the asking price! And while that is something to celebrate, the real gift was knowing that we were in Jennifer's knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind hands every step of the way. She truly took what felt like an overwhelming process and made it so manageable. We are so grateful and I do not hesitate to recommend her fully!

Jennifer was our buyers agent 12 years ago and our selling agent this year. We cannot imagine have a better agent than she. I have bought two houses and sold one house with Jennifer and I have no regrets! Jennifer is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable as you go through these stressful processes. Jennifer seems to know many of the realtors in the area, the neighborhoods, and very familiar with Frederick! I'm hoping I don't need a realtor anytime soon, but the next time I do there is no doubt I'll be reaching out to Jennifer again! She is the absolute best!

I just bought my first house on my own and Jennifer Grove was recommended to me by my son, who also used Jennifer as a real estate agent a couple of years ago. Even in this competitive housing market, the whole process was seamless thanks to Jennifer. She led me through each step and answered all my questions promptly. I was new to the area and unsure of what steps needed to be taken to get established in my new home, but Jennifer walked me through everything and I am now happily living in my new home! Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. She was extremely professional, very patient while I got ready to sell, and made excellent recommendations regarding renovations and upgrades for my house. The staging company she brought in did a great job -- my neighbor commented that it looked like the Ritz! Because of her expertise, we ended up with 3 offers at the asking price, which indicates we had the house prepared and priced correctly. She handled the negotiations extremely well, including some last minute issues with the buyers, and went well above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through. Overall, I could not have asked for a better agent and I strongly urge anybody buying or selling real estate in Frederick County, MD to use her as their realtor.

Jennifer Grove was highly recommended to me by my son. She assisted
him with the purchase of his home in May 2020. Both he and his fiancé
were very pleased with her attention to detail which made their closing
go smoothly.
I contacted her in March 2021 when I decided to re-list my home. When we first met I was impressed with her professionalism and straight forward approach. We were able to get the house on the market in May 2021. Two days later we had a contract a contract and closed within
three weeks. The contract was for above the asking and market price.

Jennifer was recommended to us to assist us in selling our family home in Jefferson. We are empty nesters and are downsizing.
