I worked with Jennifer Grove to purchase my first home, and she made the process so smooth and understandable. She put no pressure on me to pick something that I wasn't 100% happy with, and she pointed out things that I should watch out for and consider when making my decision. Jennifer made me feel like I was a priority for her and was happy to work with my somewhat unusual schedule. She's so knowledgeable about the Frederick area, as well as Maryland real estate in general. I'm certain that Jennifer is the reason I was able to get the perfect house for me. I'm not planning on moving for many years, but if and when I do, Jennifer will be my first call.

I have worked with Jennifer Grove 2 times this year. First to sell my mother's house and then to purchase a condo. Both real estate transactions ended up having some unexpected, and very stressful challenges. On both occasions, Jennifer proved to be a strong ally in resolving the issues. This included stopping by the house multiple times to run chlorine out of the well so it could pass the necessary test for closing or working with my lender to find alternative funding when my condo approval did not go through. She was always a steady, positive influence during what, under the best of circumstances, is a stressful time in anyone's life. I strongly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a realtor. You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer! My dad passed away in February of this year, and I found myself in the position of having to facilitate the sale of his condo. It was already a stressful and emotional time for my family, but Jennifer made the entire process painless and stress-free – from patiently walking me through all of the paperwork, to arranging for contractors, to navigating fickle buyers. She even took the time to meet with my mom in long-term care to include her in the process and reassure her that the sale was in good hands. Through it all, Jennifer was incredibly personable, professional, and responsive. And her knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. I wish there was a Jennifer Grove to manage all aspects of my life! Jennifer recently helped us buy my wife's dream house. We had been searching for a while for that perfect house. Jennifer was always happy to show us potential houses but never tried to talk us into anything (quite the opposite, she was quick to point out things that didn't fit what she knew we wanted). It was always clear Jennifer didn't want to just sell us a house, it needed to be the right house. Once we found it, Jennifer was on top of making sure we got it. She was tireless in ensuring every detail was taken care of and was just a wealth of knowledge and good advice. She is an exceptional professional, but beyond that a real joy to work with. She also helped us sell our previous house, and that was equally smooth. She understood the market perfectly and got us a great price. No matter whether we're buying or selling a house in the future (hopefully not too soon!), the one certainty is Jennifer will be our agent. There's just no one else I trust that much.

We worked with Jennifer Grove to buy our house on the recommendation of a friend of a friend and it was a great experience. She had lots of wisdom and advice throughout the process and knew the downtown Frederick area very well. She helped us think critically about how to frame our offer and how to balance different components, so we could understand trade-offs of certain decisions. Closing went smoothly and she made it easy for us to understand all the steps. Finally, she was very helpful (and still is!) in providing contractor recommendations for us to consider in our various home projects. This has been very helpful especially with having purchased an older house. We would highly recommend working with Jennifer as your realtor.

Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. She was extremely professional, very patient while I got ready to sell, and made excellent recommendations regarding renovations and upgrades for my house. The staging company she brought in did a great job -- my neighbor commented that it looked like the Ritz! Because of her expertise, we ended up with 3 offers at the asking price, which indicates we had the house prepared and priced correctly. She handled the negotiations extremely well, including some last minute issues with the buyers, and went well above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through.
