Jenn is awesome! Don't think we were her normal sell experience. Our first "buyer" was a challenge; she navigated us through many ups and downs. She answered all our questions promptly and kept us informed throughout the long process. The first buyer eventually fell through. Jenn had us re-listed and sold within days!! Jennifer did everything for me so I had to do nothing but give a few signatures on paper. It could not have been an easier process. If you are moving to the DeKalb, IL area or looking to sell in the same area, go to her. Other local realtors were evaluating my house 30k to 40 k less than what she said we could get. She was right and I had an offer within several hours of my house being listed. No brainer.

Where do I even begin when trying to describe just how amazing Jenn Henry is? She has been our realtor for the last 7 years and there is no one else I’d ever use or recommend. My parents have used her as well, and love her just as much as we do. My husband and I were living in a hotel for 4 months before finding and buying our house. Time was of the essence in our situation and when it came down to the critical final days, she came through like the rockstar that she is and made it all happen… Seamlessly and without any hiccups. Regular communication, urgency, hard work…you would think these are the bare minimum skills for a Real Estate Agent to have to sell a house for their client. I found that not everyone has those skills. Fortunately, I met Jennifer Henry.

Between regular phone calls, texts, and emails, Jenn ALWAYS kept me in the loop, even despite our time zone difference with us being in different states. She was so proactive, I rarely had to follow up on anything. She expedited things, made excellent recommendations to make the property more marketable, and has a solid partner and network of people she works with to back her up.

Beyond that, she is simply such a good person who genuinely cares and listens to your needs and circumstances, and goes above and beyond to address what needs to happen to close the sale. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jenn if you are serious about getting a property sold.

My first experience with Jenn was an impressive one. 2 years ago, I called because there was a townhouse I wanted to see. I thought it was her listing but it wasn't. I told her straight out that I was nowhere near in the position to sell my house but wanted to see some houses and also have her come over to discuss the possible future sale of my house. She took me to several houses, during a blizzard, at night. She came over 2 or 3 times just to talk about my house sale even though I was not 100% ready...no pressure either. When I was ready, 18 months later, Jenn was extremely responsive through the whole process. She worked closely with me to resolve any issues and I felt I had a real advocate.
