I would give Jennifer 10 stars ⭐️, if I could! Jennifer is the REAL deal in real estate. My husband and I were able to locate a home and be under contract in one week with Jennifer’s diligence, professionalism and expertise. This is definitely a sellers market but Jennifer was not dismayed. She made sure that our offer was the best and quickly considered by the seller. She advocated on our behalf, held our hand throughout the entire process and constantly communicated with
us.

Jennifer called me almost a year ago and said that I have a lot of equity in the home, that I purchased with her help in 2009. I thought about it and now a year later with her awesome lending team my husband I were able to purchase our new home with the equity of our 2009 purchase.

I need to also mentioned that in this crazy real estate market, she was able to secure TWO offers for us and this allowed us to be able to choose the home of our dreams.

We are first time homeowners and were probably her most challenging customers to date but she remained committed from contract to construction to closing. Jennifer is an excellent realtor. After losing employment, I made a decision to sale a home that I had just purchased and lived in for 6 months to return to Michigan to be close to my family. It was during a time where the housing market was plunging. While working towards earning her license, Jennifer took it upon herself to research and recommend another realtor to help us purchase our first home.

Years later when we were resolved to losing our home to foreclosure, it was Jennifer who counseled us on all our options and ultimately encouraged us to pursue a short sale. Because of Jennifer's guidance, we were not only able to avoid foreclosure but we had renewed hope of one day owning a home again.

And today, thanks to Jennifer, we're blessed to live in our 2900 square foot, 4-sided brick home w/a full basement at an amazing price for the sought-after county where we live, in our dream school district!
