Jennifer James

Jennifer was born in a military family in a small town in Germany. Her father being a retired Golf War Vet, originally from a small town in East Texas, and her mom near Frankfurt Germany, she is fluent in German and English. Jennifer is married to a Military Veteran and after traveling all over the world for 21 years, they decided to move to TN to be closer to family and old friends. She loves to go riding in her Jeep and enjoys the outdoors. Being a registered geriatric nurse for over 20 years in Germany, it gave her a real understanding of people’s needs. Since settling in Middle TN, she wanted to start an exciting new career in real estate. Bringing over 35 moves, 4 overseas, on her own to the experience table, and lots of passion to help people, her mission is with Maximum Effort to go above & beyond for her clients and customers.
Building relationships with external and local agents and vendors is a big part of her networking, providing the best quality customer service. Always eager to learn new things, like getting certifies as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®),Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), a member of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), a member of TN Association of REALTORS® (TAR), a member of Clarksville Association of REALTORS® (CAR) serving the Middle TN & Southern KY area. Jennifer was awarded the Outstanding Customer Service Certificate on Regional Level (over nine-hundred agents in TN, GA, and AL combined), in 2026 she completed her TN Broker education.
Jennifer has a big social heart, which lead to 12 years of being a volunteer Fire Fighter in Germany. She spends lots of time giving back to services our First Responders, our Military Troops, and Health Care Workers, and the Elderly Community. You still will see her constantly donating her own time and money to Non-Profit charity organizations like Steele Magnolia Sanctuary, “YAIPack” Outreach, Loaves & Fishes, Habitat For Humanity, to just name a few in her local community - making TN & KY a bit better every day. Also, a big supporter of Mission22 a national NON-profit suicide prevention organization focusing on military veterans, as well as a Lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary Foundation. Jennifer is dedicated to support these organizations hands on due to their focus on military Veterans, military family members, the homeless community, children & adults with mental & physical challenges / disabilities, and horse rescue – equine therapy.
