A little about me: I grew up in Central Florida and am proud to call it my home. I'm also a graduate of UCF. Go Knights!

Not only do I work in real estate, but I have a background in broadcast journalism. As a television reporter and anchor and now freelance journalist, I work hard to tell fair and accurate stories with heart. Why you may ask? Behind every story I do, there are people and in some way what they are doing or experiencing could impact other people.

That's the common bridge between both broadcasting and real estate--both are people driven. Jennifer was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process of our home-buying experience.
As first-time homebuyers, I was initially overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, what questions to ask, what steps to take, and so much more. Jennifer proactively provided this information, took her time to thoughtfully explain the process, and answered any questions we had. This made me feel like I was walking through the process with someone who genuinely had my best interests at heart. In regard to our desires and concerns, Jennifer took the time to thoroughly understand our preferences and lifestyle.
She made me feel understood and confident that we were on the same page through active listening and strong communication. Jennifer showed exceptional knowledge of the market. Her experience in the local market was evident from our first meeting. She truly displayed a vast knowledge of local areas in Central Florida and beyond.
She worked diligently and swiftly when time was of the essence. She helped us secure financial assistance and first-time home buyer assistance. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about city, county, and state programs. In fact, her knowledge in this area was very helpful when we were able to enter a specific program that was very time-sensitive.
Once we had found our dream house, she had an offer ready within a couple of hours. She demonstrated strong negotiation skills and expedited the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful.
Jennifer adapted to changing circumstances with tact and a calmness that was very much appreciated during such a stressful process. There were a few unexpected challenges, of course, but JJ remained rational and constructive and quick to problem-solve. When an issue arose during the home inspection, she promptly negotiated with the sellers. There were many times when something would come up, and I thought we were doomed, but she never blinked, she never faltered, she just managed to put my mind at ease with her confidence and professionalism. This is the person you want in your corner. She even saved us a ton of money even after the sale. Her services did not stop there. She was helpful in connecting us with the contacts needed to achieve a successful move-in. We are so very thankful for her genuine care and support. We love our new home!

Jennifer was the quintessential guide in helping prepare and sell my parents’ house. Displaying great patience when needed, perseverance, empathy and understanding to the emotional aspects of selling a family home and motivation and logistics support to getting the resources needed to clear out and remodel the house reflected her multifaceted talents in being a responsive realtor. I highly recommend!
