Jennifer was a very able representative who was also very open, kind and patient. She provided many listings based on what we were looking for; and when we settled on a house, she took care of everything that needed scheduling and kept us up to date on all progress. Jennifer was an excellent realtor to work with while searching for a home in Davenport. She looked for homes in our price range and was available to work with us and our needs of living over an hour away from our house search market.

I began my home buying journey with Jennifer in November of 2021 after moving to the Quad Cities from Los Angeles. Jennifer was nothing short of phenomenal throughout the process from initial contact to moving into the new home. She would always respond right away to any requests, questions, or information I required throughout our journey together.

Anytime I wanted to go look at a house, Jennifer was quick to schedule the same day or the following day. Her team was proactive in sending me everything I needed to accomplish prior to closing on the home. Additionally, I want to say that Jennifer went above and beyond to ease my transition into the new home.

There were a couple of issues with the seller's move out of the property upon transition of homeownership. Jennifer was quick to provide solutions to resolve the issues immediately. I am more than appreciative for Jennifer and her team. I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend making Jennifer your agent for the buying or selling of your next home.

My brother and his fiancé are using her now to acquire a new home and they have also been extremely pleased with Jennifer and her team. Look no further, Jennifer is everything you are looking for in an agent!

My wife & I met Jennifer via an inquiry through Zillow, and we are very happy they assigned her to us. It was our first time buying a home in the Quad Cities area, and she took the time to help educate us on the area and make us feel comfortable.

She did a very thorough video walkthrough within a few hours of our initial inquiry, and we were able to get the home under contract within 2 days. The transaction had several speed bumps & delays due to some permitting issues, but Jennifer helped us navigate them and kept us informed along the way. She was very responsive, and made sure to answer all of our questions as they came up.

We are hopeful this won't be the only transaction we do with Jennifer, and would recommend her & her team to anybody looking to buy a home in the Quad Cities area.

I can’t imagine what we would have done without Jennifer and her team!! All of them were professional, very responsive whenever I called, and most of all realistic and fair when it came to what we wanted for our house as far as price is concerned. My father passed away a couple months before we sold the house. My mother was so sad because her and my father was the original owners of the house and had been living there for over 40 years. Jennifer and her team was super patient with mom, and most of all made her feel comfortable through the entire process. What a great experience we had, selling the home in just 2 months. It was very quick! If you want a team that will work hard to buy or sell your home, this is the team you want on your side! 10 ⭐️‘s for sure!!
