I came from Nevada to purchase a property in Donnelly Idaho.
There were a handful that we looked at but was torn on one property in particular. Jennifer is not pushy in any way and points out the pros and cons and is willing to get any extra information needed so that you can make an informed decision and feel comfortable with that decision.
She has no problem walking the property through brush and all, you can tell she really enjoys her job and is thorough with her paperwork which is VERY important. It took 4 months to find the property we knew was the right one and made a good friend in the process. Win Win!!

We found Jennifer through Zillow and immediately we were impressed by her knowledge of the area and her willingness to help with whatever we needed. She answered all of our questions and pointed out the pros and cons of the areas we were looking into. Once we found what we wanted, she dropped everything to quickly get paperwork going and guided us throughout the entire process.
