Editing as of Dec 2025, since my husband and I just used Jennifer’s services again to sell our previous home - once again, she was a total rockstar! She gave great advice about simple changes we could make to have our house show better, and since we had already relocated out of state, she coordinated staging, cleaning, and landscaping which was enormously helpful. She really did her research on comps in our area so that we could list at the right price, and thanks to Jennifer’s guidance and hard work, we received multiple offers after only one open house! The total time between offer and closing was around a month, and Jennifer continued to keep in close touch the whole time so that we knew exactly what was happening in the process. I really cannot recommend her enough, whether you are buying or selling a home. Jennifer’s level of service is unmatched, and makes you feel like you are her only client - it’s truly a joy to work with her!

Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole home buying process. She quickly responded to messages and emails, is very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and was great at taking our likes/dislikes into account when recommending new homes to look at. Jennifer was also very helpful through the time between offer and closing, she has great project management skills and helped navigate and answer questions about processes we were not familiar with. My husband and I are now in our dream home much earlier in our lives than we were expecting, and I would definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone buying a home in the Boston/Worcester areas.

But Jennifer is a special type of agent: she is experienced, she is reasonable, she is efficient; she is on top of the transaction; knowledgeable and communicative. And the combination of all of those skills only happen when you have the depth of experience that she brings with her. First time home buyer. Jennifer helped me separate my wants and needs so I could better look. She also showed me a property that she though I would not like as much, but was within my original requirements; this was a fantastic idea as it helped me figure out what I don't want and helped me focus in even more.

She helped me get a fair price on something that fits me just right, and while the process took longer than I would have liked, through no fault of Jennifer's. She made sure that I kept up to date throughout the whole process, telling me my options and giving her expert opinion on each.

Jennifer also connected me with a real estate attorney, and a loan officer. They were able to get me a decent rate for what rates are, and answer all questions on the loan process as well as any legal concerns I had.

There's a reason I chose Jennifer, and she showed why at every opportunity. If you work with her, as a buyer or seller, I'm willing to guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

We met Jennifer early in August to go over the selling process and potential price points. She immediately showed us that she was knowledgeable and motivated, explaining to us that she could sell our house for us well above what we were originally hoping (and she followed through). She’s clearly very experienced. What blew us away the most is that she took care of EVERYTHING for us when it came to fixing our property to make it sell. She even fronted us money to make small house repairs. She hired her own contractor, masonry, used her own preferred companies to get every last detail perfectly taken care of. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Her amazing contractor even let us pay him after closing. She is an incredibly hard worker and it felt as though we were in the forefront of her mind the whole time. We were so pleased with our entire experience with her! She even set us up with a buyers realtor where we were moving.

We worked with Jennifer in the capacity of both buyer's and seller's agent as we sold our home and searched for a new one that was more suitable for our 4-year-old. At the same time we were selling a rental property so I was completely overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done. Jennifer was an incredible resource throughout the process, continously reminding me of what needed to be done to stay on schedule, and communicating with my lawyer and the listing agent for the rental property to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. She has impressive knowledge of school systems and other factors that go into deciding where to buy, along with a network of service providers/contractors (which came in handy when my septic tank failed Title 5 and had to be replaced).
