She’s AMAZING to say the least. I was a first time home buyer. I had rented for 2 years and my boyfriend and I were ready to buy. We were on a time limit on having to move out of our temporary situation. She listened to what we needed and was very understanding. Being that it was our first time buying a home, she took the time to explain everything throughly! She helped us make the best decisions & actually helped us make the right offer for the house we wanted. There were multiple offers on the table & she helped us win! The market at this time is a sellers market but she helped us not over pay what our house is worth. She’s an amazing negotiator, when it came time for the appraisal and talking with the sellers after all the inspections. She worked with the listing agent (who was not very responsive) to work out everything in a timely manner. My lending officer was the absolute worst- very rude and unprofessional. Jen took it upon herself to eliminate conversation between me and the lending officer, making her the middle man but it helped me so much. He made my first home buying process a NIGHTMARE. She was (and still is for all of my real estate needs) my GO TO. Along with her assistant Gary. Gary was FABULOUS. I could message or call at ANY time with a question and he would do everything he could to help me! & believe me.. we had multiple bumps in the road. They were awesome with helping me schedule things and in the end, we closed on the house! We have actually became friends because she’s so easy to talk to! Call Jen for ALL AND ANY OF YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS!

Since day 1 my family and I have been blessed to have been blessed to have worked with such an an amazing real estate agent and team. We love our agents and wouldn’t trade them for anything. No matter where we live in Florida they will forever be our agents!!! They have grown to be a part of our family. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. As the wife of a veteran it was a relief to have agents who knew the VA loans and could educate my husband and I on the process and also help us pick our dream home.
