Jen helped me immensely when I was undecided about selling or renting my house in Villages of Pablo (Jacksonville, FL). She was able to quickly and expertly pull comps for the rental market in addition to the buying/selling market. She laid things out exceptionally well in our email communications and educated me on many of the rules and regulations. She provided metrics and trending data about my neighborhood as well as the surrounding area. I ultimately ended up selling my home in Villages of Pablo but tapped Jen (again) when it came time to pull comps for another property I was managing - this time rental market exclusively - It was in the Kensington neighborhood (in Jacksonville, FL); this speaks to her knowledge of Jacksonville, at large, and into the beaches area. She worked many hours to make sure I had the information I needed as I navigated the property management process such as tenant screening, security deposits, lease agreements, and so on. She knows her craft inside and out.

Then went through the long and painful process of finding the perfect house for our family and needs. Jen and Julia were absolutely amazing throughout the process of selling our home. From start to finish, they outlined a detailed plan and really were key in helping us sell our home competitively in the market. They never hesitated to jump in and help at a minutes notice, going above and beyond numerous times- decorating, staging, and even helping watch over our dogs as needed during appts! ;) Selling a home is a huge decision and stressful enough.... these ladies were perfect for the job and the process wouldn’t have been the same without them.
