Jennifer King was our realtor for our first home buying experience and she was outstanding. Being that it was our first time buying a home, my fiance and I did not know much about the whole process. Jennifer walked us through each step and was always accessible when we had questions.

When we first started looking for houses she sent us a bunch of listings that were within our criteria and she was flexible about when we could go see the houses. It really didn't matter what time it was, she was available to get us into a house. She really helped us find the perfect home for us.

During the negotiations of the offer, she helped us through the process of making our offer look as good for the sellers as possible. There were three other offers for the house but ours won out thanks to her expertise and advice.

She really was a partner through the whole journey from first searching for a house all the way through to the closing. We had an especially hard time with our mortgage company but she worked with us and them to make sure that everything was on track and done properly so we could close.

Overall we were very happy with the help that she provided and would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a home. We can't thank her enough!
