I met with several realtors when deciding to list my home for sale. When I met with Jennifer and Megan, I knew I would be in good hands. I was not disappointed. I mainly worked with Megan, who was a true professional and went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. From decisions about which repairs and updates to make, recommendations of repair providers and places to shop for updated lighting, to talking through the list price - she was there for me in a very reassuring way. Megan couldn't have been more helpful with the staging. Her eye for design helped my home look it's best and the people they work with for pictures and the listing verbiage did a great job. I moved out of state before my home was sold, and Megan again exceeded my expectations by checking on the home, meeting repair people and making a remote closing very seamless. My only disappointment was that I could not work with Megan to find and purchase my new out-of-state home. Very highly recommend!!

As first-time home buyers coming from out of state into a seller's market with a VA loan, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a home within the short time frame we had to search. Jennifer couldn't have proven us more wrong! She made us feel at ease from our first phone call with her extensive knowledge of OKC neighborhoods and wide breadth of buying and selling experience. We only had a few days to look for homes so we were thrilled when Jennifer was able to set up 10 showings for us on our first day in town. We ended up finding our dream starter home in a wonderful neighborhood! Jennifer gave us fantastic negotiation advice and we were able to secure the home for under asking price and with several other incentives included in the final sale. I would highly recommend Jennifer and her team to first-time buyers, military buyers, and every other kind of home buyer!

Jennifer's expertise is unmatched. I moved from out of state, and was unfamiliar with OKC. She treated me like family and had remarkable knowledge of area, market, value, and much more. She was not just looking for houses, but a home that specifically matched me. Being out of state, I relied heavily on Jennifer and she always promptly delivered information with a constant stream of communication. She also provided me extremely trustworthy contacts for mortgage lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, contractors and more, which saved me a lot of time researching on my own. The most expensive mistake we’ve made thus far was choosing not to list our home with Jennifer Kragh and Megan Tabor from the start. We initially listed our SE Edmond home with a different agent whom we felt had more experience in our particular area. After zero reasonable offers in 7 months and limited responsiveness/guidance from our agent, we made the switch over to Jennifer and Megan. The two experiences couldn’t have been more different. I wish there were better words than AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, and RESPECTFUL to describe Megan Tabor and her team. This was my first house to own and sell and the experience and process was very easy with low stress. Megan was able to sell our house on day number 1 with a full offer. We met Kylan and Jennifer last fall, and with their help, began the journey towards listing our home for sale. They provided solid advice about renovations that would appeal to buyers- from paint colors to tile, mechanical, landscaping, financing-every detail was made easier for us. Our house was transformed and with their staging and professional photography, we had a wonderful offer almost immediately. They helped us through the tough times and made selling as easy as possible, and assisted us in finding and buying our dream home.
