Jennifer is the best agent I have worked with! My house sold in 3 days! She was quick to respond to my many questions. Jennifer went above and beyond to stage my home, negotiate several offers, and assist me to find local movers. Honestly - I have never written a review before, but I had to because Jennifer was so OUTSTANDING.

Jennifer was a phenomenal realtor to work with on the purchase of our new home! She's very organized and quick to respond with any questions we had as the came up. She was fair and worked hard to make sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. We've bought and sold over 4 homes in the last 15 years and Jennifer has been our favorite relator thus far. Jennifer Lawerence has been the most amazing realtor we've ever had. Being a military family we have moved quite a bit and have worked with many realtors. None have come close to the dedication and kindness Jennifer showed us. She worked tirelessly helping us find a home all while we were in another state. She drove to multiple towns to help us narrow down where would suit us best. Her attention to detail, incomparable communication skills, positivity and commitment made this moving experience a breeze. Jennifer Lawrence and the Bean Group earned 5 stars for the extraordinary care and attention they demonstrated throughout our home-selling experience. Jennifer’s friendly, knowledgeable, positive, and helpful manner throughout the process went a long way in alleviating the stresses of selling a house. The Bean Group team did a wonderful job of pricing, staging, and marketing our house. There was even video footage taken with a drone to show the setting and immediate neighborhood of the house. Jennifer’s help in processing the offers we received was invaluable and her team made preparing for closing simple and efficient. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for her professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude from start to finish. She was always available by phone and always willing to help in many different ways. We can’t imagine a better realtor to have worked with.

As 2 seniors trying to decide how to spend our “golden years” evolved, we were so very fortunate to have Jennifer Lawrence of the Bean Grroup supporting us over the 3 years it took us to decide on the right path for us. We changed our plans, rethought our options and postponed our time table many many times. All the while, Jen remained happy, responsive and attuned to our ever changing plans.

We finally chose an over 55 Condo near Manchester after exploring an evolving array of possibiliteas in depth.

Always pleasant, happy, patient, supportive, flexible and available Jennifer was there for us. Very shortly after we met, we came to know that we could depend on her help, advise and guidance, every time we called.

The support of Jennifer and the Bean Organization was invaluable to us right through our closing which went exceptionally well.

We would recommend Jennifer to everyone but in our case to seniors who may need even more help and guidance than we realize.

Jennifer is simply the best. She knows the local market, she is professional and engaging, and she gives 100% of herself. She is the best realtor I have ever known, and everyone who uses her says the same thing! Her insights and recommendations regarding the listing of our house were spot-on. She was in constant contact with us throughout the process. She even dropped off wine and wine glasses one evening, and offered to help pack and bring lunch on the day of the move. Jennifer went above and beyond at every step, and she personally made the entire process of selling so much less stressful.

Jennifer was absolutely fabulous to work with! She is a perfectionist with great attention to detail. Jenn showed up to our first meeting with a solid knowledge of our neighborhood and pricing strategy. We listed the day after Thanksgiving--not ideal--and were under contract with multiple offers within 12 days. From listing all the way through to closing, she was communicative, available, patient and we had a few laughs along the way. Highly recommend!!

Jennifer is the absolute best! I know she is super super busy, but every time we were with her, she made us feel like her one and only clients. She would meet us anywhere at anytime on last second, not even minute, notice. She was informative, knowledgeable, and experienced. Not only did she represent us, but she was our advocate. She advocated for us on every single measure, whether it was a concern, request, or even an unrealistic question. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. I would 100%, infinity times over, recommend her to anyone! She made the buying process as smooth as can be. Next time we buy, we are calling Jennifer!

We stumbled on her by chance when we requested to see a particular house. She not only showed us the house we requested but also had other great options to see as well. She listened to our wish list and followed through to find matches that would work for our special needs. You can rely she will be on the ball the whole way through. Jennifer helped us buy our home in Merrimack and we cannot say enough good things about her! We started out without a realtor and met many in various showings and private appointments, and Jennifer stood out when we met her. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She also was extremely responsive. She stayed up late with us one night submitting a last-minute offer. She also helped us negotiate and submit an offer over Thanksgiving, and we closed around Christmas. She always remained calm and helpful. We would definitely use her services again if we move and would happily recommend her to others.
