Jenny was recommended to us from our daughter. We are so very happy that she was able to help us in securing a buyer for our sisters condo. From first moments of meeting Jenny, she displayed such professionalism and outstanding expertise. Not only that, but her personality is genuine, personable and sincere. Within two weeks, condo was listed, and within three days condo had 12 offers that lead to a cash offer and condo was sold!! From start to finish, working with Jennifer Lewis was a pleasure! We started working with Jennifer as buyers in this very competitve seller's market. She very quickly and intuitively learned our needs and criteria, and set forth to see we got the home we were looking for. Jennifer helped us create strong offers and negotiated to give us our best chances. We ultimately ended up with exactly what we were looking for at a great price!

Jennifer then seamlessly transitioned from the role of a buyer's agent to the role of a seller's agent, and proceeded to make selling our old home as smooth and effective as possible. Between her recommendations for listing strategy, and her team partnering with a staging company to increase our home's appeal, our home rapidly attracted a slew of showings. We received phenominal offers from buyers within just a couple of days and closed successfully well above listing price!

Working with Jennifer was truly enjoyable. Buying and/or selling a home can be a stressful time, but Jennifer was great at helping to alleviate that stress. Her style is easy-going and leaves you with the impression that you are working with a knowledgeable friend or family member and not someone just doing their job. Jennifer Lewis provided excellent service when we decided to sell our home in Howard County. She came well prepared to our initial meeting and we decided right then and there that she was the right person for the job! We were working on a tight schedule during the Christmas holidays and she encouraged and helped us every step of the way. Jennifer always answered our calls and texts promptly and kept us posted throughout the home showings and open house (all of which took place within a 5 day period). I've dealt with several agents. Despite mostly good reviews online they've been disappointments. From unreturned phone calls to ghosting. A redfin agent even stood me up when I had an appointment with them to look at a home telling me that they're busy. This was 30 minutes after the agreed upon time when I called him. Home sales are about building a relationship and earning the trust of a client. This is what a lot of agents seem to forget

I met Jennifer at an open house. We kept in touch and I gave her a call when I was ready to start looking again. She will help you navigate through the difficult process of buying a home. She won't pressure you into buying a home you don't want just to make a sale. She and her team will advise you in negotiating for a home to try and get the best terms. They can also recommend professionals such a home inspectors and others to help with the purchase of a home or repairs/upgrades that you might want. Furthermore, except for occasions that require you to be physically present such as looking at a home or signing closing papers everything can be done electronically. Which is very important these days. Forget the days of signing 60 pages of paperwork and faxing them back and forth to make an offer.

I've purchased and sold a home with Jennifer. If you want someone that puts you at ease, doesn't pressure you, will call you back and help you navigate negotiations to buy a home give her a call

Jennifer treated my wife and I like we were family throughout our first homebuyer purchase. Jennifer showed us over fifteen(15) homes before we selected our first home. Jennifer was supportive, responsive and tenacious in seeking out new listings. My wife and I gave up all hope of finding a home at one point this summer. Jennifer did not. It’s because of her perseverance that we found and purchased our home.

My family loves her so much that we seek out again in about six years when we look to downsize and find a smaller home.
