I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! As the Power of Attorney for my mother, it was my responsibility to handle the processing of selling her house. I could not have done this without Jennifer! She made recommendations for things to do to get the house ready to list and provided resources who could help me with those. This was extremely beneficial since I was handling the majority of the process from out of state. Once the property was listed, she didn't stop there. She called her real estate contacts to help generate more interest in the property. Not long after listing, I had a full price offer. She provided invaluable guidance through contract negotiations and closing. She is very knowledgeable about the local market, responded in a timely manner to all of my questions and was super easy to work with! You have to have Jennifer as your next agent!

I’ve had 3 realtors before her that all let me down. I had actually just moved and had such a bad experience with my buyers agent that I knew I needed someone new to sell my old property (we sold without contingency).

I found Jennifer and reached out to her to get aquatinted. I sent her an email to first connect with her, and she got back to me within an hour. She was very prompt, well spoken, and I could tell she had the DRIVE and go getter attitude I was looking for in an agent. We hired her right away!

She was extremely helpful in the whole process of selling our home, helped us get $11k over asking and we had 4 offers in 2 days. I know it was her hard work because other homes in the neighborhood spent 6-9 months on the market and they were very similar to our home.

I’d recommended her to anyone and everyone and quite frankly I’m sad I won’t be moving anytime soon to use her again.

Bradley Cruthirds did the showing of the house on the same day we requested. The paperwork for the offer was completed the same day and submitted and the counter offered were handled quickly. During the process he did numerous follow ups on the status of the paperwork and responded quickly to any requests or questions. When the bank loan was held up due to clerical errors by the bank he worked quickly with the lawyer to resolve the issues and secure a closing date in a timely manner. Once again he was in constant communication and explained issues and actions being taken to get them resolved. Bradley was efficient, courteous , friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to others.

Jennifer helped me purchase my first home. Guys I had no clue what I was doing. I didn't even know what I wanted. Jennifer helped me figure out what was important for me. What I liked, what I thought I liked but really wouldn't work for me, and some things that I didn't even know where a thing. I am sure I was a horrible client for her. I made her take me to at least 30-40 different homes. Some of them multiple times. Until we found the one. She got me a great home, in an excellent school district, for way way under market value. I've heard horror stories from some people talking about how difficult the closing process was. With Jennifer it was a breeze. She set me up with an excellent lender. Who got me a great rate. She patiently explained the hundreds of questions I asked throughout the closing process. In short I would highly recommend her. There is no other realtor that my family will use.
