Jennifer McCormick

Jennifer McCormick, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™, utilizes her strategic negotiation and marketing skills, along with her vast knowledge of the local market, to ensure her homeowners and homebuyers a successful real estate experience. Her business is built on communication, integrity, and determination. She is client-focused, understanding the importance of listening to her clients and adapting and catering to their real estate needs.

Originally from New York City, Jennifer is a college athlete and graduated from Manhattanville College with a Business and Finance degree. She worked for 15 years in marketing and advertising sales for popular TV networks, including A&E, History Channel, and PBS. With real estate investments always being part of her portfolio, Jennifer decided to follow her passion and quickly became a successful full-time advisor.

As a Luxury Home Marketing Institute member and a "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™" with "Guild™" recognition, Jennifer has the experience, knowledge, and expertise in high-end residential properties with specialized training and tools to better serve clients. She believes "luxury" is not a price point, but the level of service and experience delivered to her clientele. Being recognized at the GUILD™ status provides evidence of a successful commitment to service at the highest measure.

Jennifer is a part of the Distinguished Sales Achievement Club (DSAC), a member organization within the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors®. DSAC encourages and acknowledges Realtors® who have excelled among their colleagues, promotes continuing education, and holds high ethical standards. In addition, DSAC improves Realtors® knowledge and expertise in service to their profession, generously supporting local charities through its membership dues and sponsorships each year.

Jennifer resides in the Annapolis community of Hillsmere Shores with her husband and 3 sons, who are all athletes like their mother.
