Jennifer was so caring and understanding of the situation of buying a condo for my mother and selling her childhood home. She was very professional when explaining the process to my mother so that she would understand . In the future if any of us end up selling or wanting to buy another property I would definitely use Jennifer again it was a wonderful experience!

As an out of town seller dealing with the settlement of my mother’s estate, I was so appreciative of Jennifer’s compassion for my situation, as well as her willingness to go above and beyond when I could not be there locally to prepare the house for sale. She arranged for cleaning services, lawn maintenance, and kept an eye on the place herself to ensure it was safe and presentable for the market. She was responsive, helpful, and was not afraid to get her hands dirty to make the sale successful. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation - she more than earned her commission in my book! :)

Jennifer helped my husband and I find our first home in a crazy market in less than a week! We were so overwhelmed with the housing market and how quickly houses were flying off the market but Jennifer made the process a breeze. As first time home buyers she walked us through every step and explained everything to us. She made sure that we were confident with our decisions and gave us information to make the best choices and put in a competitive offer on the house that we fell in love with!
