My husband and I were browsing homes in hopes of buying within a 6-8 month time frame. I had contacted a few realtors and never received more than a casual, short response in return to my emails. When I contacted Jennifer, she responded with a detailed message, asking several questions to narrow down what we were looking for. She encouraged us and supported us for the entire buying process. She patiently guided us and stood by our side through one failed attempt at purchasing a home that turned out to have issues, she laughed with us when we toured a home that had Mother in the back yard ;) (a gravestone???? What???) and she tirelessly searched and recommended homes that might fit our very specific wants. Ultimately she knew what we wanted when we didn't; we ended up buying the home she originally thought was perfect for us, but we didn't realize at the time. She is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the complicated home buying process, and we loved her. We couldn't have done it without her, and we made a good friend in addition to getting a great home. We can't say enough great things about her. Go with Jennifer, you won't regret it!!
