My wife and I can't say enough about the experience we've had with Olmstead Real Estate over the last 7 years. We've sold 3 houses and purchased 2 with Jenn Olmstead as our realtor. Not only has Jenn gone to bat for us at the negotiation table and again following inspections (buyers credits). Jenn has secured well over asking on our sales, she's brought a buyer to us pre-listing that resulted in a sale and went WAY above and beyond to close our last 3 deals. She represented both the buyer and seller on a transaction and remained fair and transparent with us both; directing us all thru an especially tricky transaction and went to bat for us when things got tricky on the financing side of things.

We jokingly call Jenn 'our Bulldog' because she always fights to the finish for us; no holds barred. We are grateful for her hard work, integrity and focus on our needs. We look forward to more great transactions with the Olmstead Real Estate Grp Inc.

Our 4 most recent real estate transactions were facilitated by Jennifer and her team. We purchased two homes and sold two homes since 2016 due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to move on short notice and Jen was fantastic on all fronts. Easy to reach and always a voice of reason and calming presence during the sometimes stressful process of buying and selling real estate. She knows the market really well and was able to get us top dollar on both of our sales and negotiate our purchase price down on both our buys. I don't know what I would've done these past 5 years without Jen in my corner!
