About Jennifer

Jen Milot’s introduction to real estate was as a 10-year-old, when she was enlisted by her father and stepmother to serve cookies and soft drinks to potential buyers attending open houses for new properties. For a good portion of her life, Jen split her time between Florida and Vermont, spending her summers in Burlington and her winters in Hillsboro Beach, FL. However, after graduating from Rollins College with a B.A. in education in 1993, she sought to make Vermont her full-time home and joined Milot Real Estate the following year.

As the company’s director of marketing and sales, she manages the sales of all listings, as well as playing a role in certain aspects Milot-developed projects, including floor plan selection and design. She and her husband live in South Burlington with their three children.
