Jennifer is the best! She is friendly, super knowledgeable, and an amazing communicator. She makes you feel like you are her only client. She was very patient with my endless questions about the whole process of selling our home and building a new home. She walked us through the whole process in this crazy market, and helped us get way more for our house than we thought we would! My Fiancé and I can not rave enough about how much we enjoyed working with Jen!!!!! Jen was always willing to talk with us, meet with us and was very patient with us when it came to our many questions! She knows her properties and area very well and what houses will and will not sell for which can be really helpful in this kind of market. We had been looking fairly casually into buying a home and Jennifer was always willing to show any homes we may have been interested in and answer any of our questions. This was our first home purchase so we were very particular in what we wanted and she was anyways ready to help. Once we finally decided we were ready to buy, she found us almost exactly what we were looking for, in our price range and quickly. She then helped walk us through everything we needed to know as first time home buyers and was anyways ready to answer what I'm sure seemed like a never ending list of questions or concerns. I can say without a doubt she made the experience as painless as possible and if the time comes for us to upgrade or change, she will be the only realtor we would want work with.

When we first were thinking about buying a house, Jennifer was always very responsive to messages and questions that we had on how to even start looking for a home. When the time was finally right, she immediately started looking for homes for us. There was not much to pick from, but she had a seller that was going to be selling their house a block from where we currently were renting. We were not interested at first because the pictures she had sent were before new carpet and paint and we found out later, did not do the house any justice ( they were not professional pics that were taken, as the house was not on the market yet). We looked at several houses and we just weren’t feeling them and getting slightly discouraged. She then was very insistent on having us just go take a look at this house in person. She called the owner to see if we could swing by quick and we drove right over there. We walked in and we immediately knew that this is the house we wanted and fell in love with it. She was very transparent with us, even being the buyers and sellers realtor. I would absolutely, 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is laid back to work with and is very flexible. 10/10 would recommend!

Jennifer made our first time home buying so smooth! She really took the time to explain each part of the process to us and let us know we were not alone. She was always easy to get ahold of, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Jennifer was super easy to build not just a professional relationship with, but a personal one as well. You can tell she cares about helping people find their dream home, and not just about “making the sale”. I would recommend her to anyone! I can’t imagine buying or selling another house without her!
