We feel very fortunate that our Howard Hanna agent was Jennifer Newton. The buyer's market in our area is very competitive and tough right now. Jennifer worked tirelessly on our behalf for months until we found just the right house. She responded to all of our calls, emails and text messages promptly and ALWAYS had a pleasant, polite, professional demeanor, even when things didn't go our way. We lost track of how many houses she showed us, as we requested. She always made us feel that we were her only clients, even though we know we definitely weren't. Several times we were so discouraged and wanted to give up but she always encouraged us and told us that she wasn't going to give up until we found just the right house, AND WE DID!

Can't say enough about our experience with Jennifer. From selling to buying, she has stayed by our side the entire time, walking us through each step with ease. She had no problem going up to bat for us with negotiations and making sure we could be where we needed to be with pricing. She took all of our interests and concerns in to consideration and made sure we didn't settle without being happy. We are looking forward to our next chapter and thankful she has been and will continue to be a part of it!
