To say that Jennifer is a 5 star agent is not giving her enough credit. When my father passed, she held my hand and guided me through the toughest parts of selling his home. When it was time to buy my new home.. she was there the entire way guiding me, making me feel safe, and providing me with honest, compassionate feedback. She seems to know something about every area of Maryland! She is very detailed oriented and thorough when going through a home. She is a trustworthy, genuine person who makes you feel safe in your decisions. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. 10 stars for sure!

My wife and I cannot say enough about Jennifer Norfolk’s skills, professionalism and knowledge within the Real Estate industry. With Jennifer as our agent, she has always demonstrated the highest degree of integrity, is very conscientious, tenacious; always keeping the clients best interests in mind.

During the past 13 years, my wife and I have made two home purchases and two home sales with Jennifer as our agent. Jennifer consistently represented our interests even during the tough downturn of the industry. Yet, Jennifer was able to not only help us purchase a second home, she worked hard over the course of 9 years to keep our first home occupied by a renter and in between renters, trying to sell the home for us in a very down market.

Jennifer has excellent people/client instincts. She knows what her clients like and don’t like which saves a lot of time and is very helpful for zeroing in and drilling down the markets buying and selling conditions. My wife and I were able to benefit from her instincts when we made the purchase of our second home. Furthermore, Jennifer will not waste time showing properties that will not meet your needs or expectations.

Jennifer will not deceive you or camouflage the truth. While we sometimes did not like hearing the truth about market conditions for the selling of our first (rental income property) home, Jennifer provided her advice and assessments, which were always spot on and provided us with the information we needed for a smart decision.

Jennifer always kept us in the loop about market conditions for selling our first home. When she announced to us in late 2020 that the time was right to sell our rental home, she had that sale done within a month and at a price point we never expected to get. Even during the settlement process, Jennifer used her knowledge and skills to make the process run smooth despite a couple of circumstances that came up with the buyers and the titling process. Ultimately, the closing came off with out a hitch and on the date and time it was scheduled to close.

Jennifer’s proven skills are the reason you engage a realtor to handle your purchases and particularly your sales. She does her research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on your behalf. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails after midnight. Jennifer shows great attention to the myriad of details involved; enabling the sale to get done. Despite the oft-occurring glitches involved in any sale, Jennifer kept the transactions going smoothly. Her advice is invaluable and her desire for you to be thoroughly satisfied with the transaction proves she is the consummate professional in her field.

Choosing Jennifer to handle your real-estate transactions is a wise one and one you will not ever regret.

Jennifer did an excellent job marketing my home. She researched the comps and suggested a fair price that garnered multiple above asking price offers. I was very impressed with the virtual tour she filmed for prospective buyers during the pandemic. Her photographer did an amazing job. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a home and recommended several tradespeople whose services were top notch and fairly priced. She stayed on top of the buyers' agent, the title company, and the loan officer to ensure we settled in a timely manner. I'm sure she will work just as hard for you if you're buying a home.

We met Jennifer by happy accident. She was the seller’s realtor at a house we wanted to see. She went out of her way to show us the house. I had tons of questions and Jennifer knew all the answers. After that showing I knew I wanted her to be our realitor! My husband and I knew we wanted to be near water and that was all we knew when we first started looking for a house. Jennifer worked with us to figure out our requirements and never pushed. Jennifer worked hard to show us a variety of houses in lots of areas. My husband ended up wanting to see the big ships go by on the bay and I wanted a nice peaceful place to kayak.
