Kathie York - Client, Buyer - Jennifer worked with us for over a year finding the perfect house. We were looking for a ranch with a full, finished basement, but the laundry room had to be on the main floor. For some reason, that was difficult to find in the Lafayette area. We appreciated Jennifer's wisdom in a situation we'd never encountered before when purchasing a home: the seller brought back a counteroffer that was very much out of line for the property. Ms. O'Shea told us we had made a good offer and to stick with it. If we'd done this without an agent, it would have been difficult to stand our ground. You know you have a good, honest, ethical Realtor when she does the right thing by YOU and is willing to sacrifice some commission in the process.
