I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer as the seller’s agent for my mother’s Mahwah condo this spring. An oasis of calm and understanding during a difficult family time, she was thorough and prepared throughout all aspects of the sale, particularly the market analysis/pricing of the unit. Jennifer has strong attention to detail and good taste, which was evident in her staging of the unit. She was supportive throughout the transaction and quick to respond to all queries. I cannot imagine a more supportive agent. Jennifer grew up in Ridgewood and has worked in local real estate for over twenty years. Her knowledge of Ridgewood and the surrounding area is unmatched. Jennifer brings incredible knowledge and experience to every transaction. Her ace in the hole is her lovely and charming personality. She is truly a pleasure to work with.

My experiences with Jennifer were excellent from the very first time we met. She listened to our needs and was very responsive in finding places that met our needs. After showing us dozens of places we finally decided on the one that was best for us. Jennifer was always respectful of our budget, commute times and even accessibility to the resources we need to live in a different state.
This attention to us did not end after our closing. She has continued to be an invaluable resource for us. I'm not sure how she does it but we are very thankful to have found her. Her knowledge of New Jersey was is amazing. I highly recommend her.

Selling a home during Covid had its own unique challenges, but working with Jennifer Parsekian made it bearable and pleasant. When we sought to list our Ridgewood home where we raised four boys, we knew we would contact Jennifer because she had a proven track record, lived in and knew our neighborhood, but also because as a fellow RHS alumni, Jim knew her for many years. With all that said, we were still blown away by Jennifer’s professionalism, expertise and availability.

We started the process with Jennifer and Keller Williams just before Governor Murphy basically locked down realty in New Jersey. Jennifer had only been able to get in one in-person open-house before the shut down. However, she remained vigilant with aggressive online marketing, virtual tours and constant communication. We used the time to work with a professional stager, recommended by Ms. Parsekian. Lo and behold, as soon as restrictions were lifted and Jennifer could bring buyers in again, things picked up very quickly. Despite the added challenges of safety precautions for buyers, sellers and inspectors, our sale went smoothly. All the while, Jennifer provided her invaluable insight, flexibility and quite frankly, just her authentic, caring disposition which put us at ease the whole time. We will recommend her to all our close friends as they move onto to their next chapters.

Jennifer helped me with a sale of my Ridgewood home in 2013, a purchase on the same day and the sale of this same home 7 years later. She is professional, knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done. If you’re selling your home she will highlight improvements that need to be done prior to putting your home on the market. She will arrange for photographs to post online that show your home in a favorable way. She will guide you in the negotiation process and go above and beyond to assist with buyer demands (sometimes reasonable and often over the top). Jennifer knows how to price your home to maximize your value while being reasonable in current market conditions. I would highly recommend Jennifer in any sale or purchase. She will understand your needs and ensure you have a positive experience.

From the first proposal presentation, Jennifer was extremely attentive and truly considered our viewpoint about pricing, staging and marketing our home.
She was present at open houses and provided frequent updates. She was always available to help, such

Let me start by saying our experience was not the typical client/realtor experience. My husband and I had our family home on the market with another realtor who, due to a change in family circumstances, recommended that Jennifer join our marketing team. We knew Jennifer and were happy to proceed with her as our lead agent. Jennifer met with us, listened to our goals and plans at the time and presented her strategies and recommendations. She was very professional, insightful, creative, ethical and extremely responsive. To make a long story short, our grand downsizing plan changed yet Jennifer continued to work with and support us. Ultimately Jennifer helped us sell two homes while assisted us in renting a local home. She also made many recommendations including introducing us to an attorney specializing in property tax appeals as well as to estate sale professionals who helped us successfully sell our surplus furnishings. During the process Jennifer was very thoughtful, respectful of our decisions and worked alongside us every step of the way. She continues to be our go to person for all real estate and community questions we may have. As a long time native of the Village, Jennifer is passionate about and excels in her knowledge of Ridgewood community. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. I confidently relied on Jennifer's expertise to list and market our home. She consulted with us about suggested staging, pricing and a timeline of what to expect. She then found buyers who loved our home as much as we did and helped to negotiate a contract we were all satisfied with.
