Our home-buying experience with Jennifer Perella was made smoother with her in-depth knowledge of today's volatile real estate market. She knew what to expect and prepared us for what we might be in for as first-time home buyers. Her continued persistence in finding houses that met our criteria was exemplary. She helped us to search multiple days a week for several weeks to find our new home. She was there every step of the way with tremendous encouragement. Even when multiple offers fell through, she would share our disappointment, but continue to offer hope that our house was still out there. Then, finally, we found a house that we loved and put in an offer we didn't think would be accepted. But it was - exciting! But when it appraised for less than we needed it to, our excitement waned. However, she continued to advocate for us. She communicated with the selling agent and lender to consider other options for us. In the end, we went with a different lender and appraisal, and everything came out aces! We are very elated and relieved that our search is over. She even presented us with lovely housewarming gifts. A huge Thank You to Jennifer and Re/Max!

Jennifer made everything extremely easy for me. My old house didn't sell at my expected price, so she found a renter and handle all interactions with them for me, including collecting the rent. This is the second house I've sold with her and if I ever have to sell again I'll be right back to wherever she's working once again.

Jennifer Perella was my realtor when I bought my house and also when I sold it seven years later. She kept me informed each step of the way and answered my questions knowledgeably when I bought my house and also when I sold it. I interviewed a couple realtors when I decided to sell my house and I decided to work with Jennifer again because I was comfortable with her and I knew from my buying experience that she would do a wonderful job. My house sold above asking price after just one weekend of showings. I highly recommend Jennifer Perella as a realtor for both buying and selling a home.

Jennifer has been my Realtor for years, Every time I think of buying or selling I run to her as fast as my feet will carry me. She is knowledgeable about the market, values has the experience to back it all when it comes to negotiations. She knows just what I'm looking for after a few questions. I recently sold my home with Jen and have now purchased another that she hand picked for me saying "I have the perfect home for you". She was right! I love my new home! Jennifer Perella is an absolute all star!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and is extremely professional and is so knowledgeable about all aspects of her profession! I wish she could be my realtor again, but unfortunately moved to The Cleveland area - but with that said I’ve still been able to ask her questions and without hesitating, she offers amazing advice and still is so willing to help. She made our first home buying experience a breeze as well as our bumpy selling (which was no where near her fault) and did everything she could to make the bumpy sell as smooth as she could for us.
