We worked with Jen Perry at Mission Realty for our home sale. It was a great experience. She was enthusiastic and encouraging in our quest to sell our old farmhouse and barn, a place we loved and lived in for many years. She answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the market. I highly recommend a good relationship with a small independent company and you can feel like you are working with friends.

We used Jen as our realtor for the second time in two years. Once again she blew us out of the water with how quickly she got our house on the market including a wonderful video and photos. We sold for more than asking price and were very pleased with the outcome. She also helped us to find our next home and was quick to get us showings whenever we found a house we wanted to tour. She wrote up multiple offers for us and did a great job helping us stick to our budget and find the right home for our family.

I have been working with Jen Perry for about three years now. She is well read on the rental laws and keeps up-to-date and makes us feel real comfortable. We have rented all of our homes through her business and are totally satisfied with her decisions and and renters she has put in our homes. Last month we used Jen as a real estate agent and bought a home with her. Handling everything for us everything worked out great. All the way to closing. She is very aggressive and well read on the real estate business. I would give her five stars.
