Jennifer Pretty was an awesome agent to work with. She helped me find and secure my dream home on Camano Island during a particularly iffy time (interest rates jumped up beyond 6% and the market for selling homes dropped). She was able to not only obtain a contingency plan from the seller of the property I wanted, but was also instrumental in getting my own home on the market and sold within a week of putting earnest money down on the Camano Property...making the contingency work for me (which was critical).

Jennifer advised me every step of the way on what to expect during both the buying and selling process, about the changes going on in the market, answered many, many questions along the way (making sure I understood and agreed) and laid my concerns and fears to rest many times along the way, assuring me I would get my dream home and that my home would sell. She made that happen. I'm now an Island Girl and I love, love, love it here.

Jennifer is a go getter and an easy spirit to work with. I would highly recommend Jennifer & Acquisition Real Estate and look forward to meeting up with her again in the future since it sounds like she may be moving my way as well!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer to sell our house in Everett. Our experience working with her was excellent in every way. From the start, we knew we could trust her to provide reliable advice about the home, pricing, comparable values and the market. She had all the data and research about our area readily available - Jennifer knows her stuff! When it came to preparing the house for listing, Jennifer gave us some great suggestions on a few key things we should (and shouldn't) do to improve our home in order to help increase our chances of getting a higher selling price, and her ideas were spot on. Her marketing efforts generated huge interest in our property, with more than 70 viewings in just four days, resulting in 15 written offers. She deftly handled the avalanche of offers, giving us excellent advice on how to interpret and properly compare the offers submitted. Needless to say, Jennifer was able to sell our house for a much higher price than we were expecting. Throughout the process, Jennifer was always proactive with communications about next steps etc. and prompt in replying to our questions. We truly enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her. My Real Estate agent , Jennifer Pretty, and I took on a challenge bigger than either of us contemplated. Timing was everything! It was most challenging due to the home being in a remote area and it came with many conditions that had to be met.
Jennifer was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful and took every opportunity to keep me informed. She made sure i understood what was happening as each required condition of the sale came into play. This wasn't an average buying situation at all. it involved the government and 3 contractors bids and checks and balances to all be in place in very specific intervals. She came to my rescue every time when i didn't know what to do next because she takes her clients very seriously and their experiences very personally. It's apparent! you don't have to look for her genuine interest in exceeding your expectations because she is bubbling over with sincerity and enthusiasm for success! It shows in ways you don't see in most business relationships.
When i needed the septic service to be on the property ASAP, she sent cookies to their office in thanks for being prompt. She saw that the transaction was going to get a little brutal and armed me with readiness. When everything i needed was exceptionally rare to find in my area, she went outside the area to help me find it. She contacted a contractor willing to do the travelling, a loan agency as dedicated and personally vested in the outcome of my purchasing experience. went ABOVE AND BEYOND with willingness to go the extra mile.... LITTERALLY!! 3 hours drive, to be precise! When anything started to go off track, she was tough and stood firm on holding the responsible party accountable for sticking to the plan and the schedule. She fought hard on my behalf to get me through some hoops that needed jumping through and when it was over, and i had a home, she genuinely shared the emotion of victory! Highest recommendations for award worthy service! My trust was honored! I'm getting HER a house warming gift!

I was Jennifer's second sale and she handled it as though it was her 200th She made the impossib. That was 2012, she sold that house for triple the purchase 5 years later. I have since used her 3 more times and each time makes me want to come back to use her. tI ifjver her on speed dial. When I think of Jennifer the words integrity, honesty, generous, tenacious, and energetic come to mind. She is a walking encyclopedia of real estate.
