It was a great pleasure working with Jennifer. She really went above and beyond not only looking at properties for us (we live in Texas) and giving us her critique of the properties but also meeting a site excavator at two properties to get some idea of the cost to excavate. She was always honest and professional and answered all questions we had.

We had quite an adventure and obstacles to overcome until we finally found our spot. We look forward to not only seeing our 13 acres but we really cannot wait to meet Jennifer and thank her properly for all she did for us. We were lucky to have her as our agent.

I hope all potential buyers get as lucky as we did with Jennifer!

I can't say enough about my experience with Jennifer Regan with Coldwell Banker Lifestyles. I have had my property on the market for approximately 8 years and with 2 different Real Estate Agents and was very disappointed with selling my property. I was given Jennifer's name through an acquaintance. I called Jennifer within a month she had my property for sale. Through that time frame she a was very friendly, professional, prompt in answering my questions and call backs and stood by me until the end of the sale.
